Scammed by Gosuflash

This sythe user... Has scammed me 20m 07 rsgp. In the donor lounge dicing thread. He was dicing $75 amazon giftcard. After talks on pm we decided I would risk my 20m 07 for his amazon card. I rolled and quoted got a 83. He rolled a 1 out of 6 when rules stated 1/100. He swore it was a mistake. But I proved it wasn't here.

Then I went to sleep woke up to him dicing another amazon giftcard with out resolving. Here....

I clearly stated he had to reroll against me then he did and rolled a5

I got a pm two minutes later asking for my email. Then another one saying can't send it with balance of amazon acc either he can give me acct or I give him address and send me something

I don't want account as I'm unsure it's his and again not letting him send items to my address since not sure if legal. I then stated back in pm that he either gives me giftcard or 20m 07gp. He then replied I will give you 07gp tonight I'm at school. I replied he had 9hrs. From then

 

So have the 9 hours passed?

 

Not yet but I posted this to have it done as I have my bowling league tonight roary . Also if this is paid out I think a twc for him should be considered

 

I think what he did was just copy and paste the dicing example
