@Jorperr has provided evidence in deleted (contains sensitive information) that shows OP was banned @ 11:29PM 11/2/23 & that the dispute took place 11/2/23 (no time provided)

@Jorperr is indicating he deleted the ticket and does not have the transcript. I will need to review the audit log to confirm this.

I am also still needing timestamps on your end @Scie to support when exactly the dispute took place.

One thing I would like to point out is that it does appear the transaction was sent via friends & family as asked, however it was sent in a way that the user does not receive the funds right away (possibly due to being sent with a linked card instead of PayPal balance).

The timezones appear to be 8 hours apart between the two of you but the documentation is suggesting that it's 7 hours as 8 hours wouldn't make sense.

The dispute was then done at 4:28PM on @Scie's end, per documentation provided.

It appears a ban was then issued on @Jorperr's end @ 11:29PM


This appears the timetable would be Payment Sent > Dispute > Ban (with the Dispute to Ban being ~1 minute of each other). Again referencing that the payment may not have been received right away on @Jorperr's end as the documentation provided appears to show 'Funds will be available to your recipient on or before: November 3, 2023.'

It's unknown what was stated in the ticket as @Jorperr is claiming there is no transcript and not allowing Staff to confirm/review audit logs.

I will need to validate/verify the audit logs @Jorperr to finalize the review on my end.

 

No worries, you are certainly entitled to your own view on that. However, I’m unable to confirm things such as no ticket/if user wasn’t kicked before being banned (this is also what OP is stating)/etc.. He also indicated he had numerous alts that tried to join/create that were also banned and/or kicked so I’m unsure as to all the times that these were banned/kicked.

I can assure you Sythe staff does not care about your server/anything beyond the circumstances surrounding this report.

Without being able to validate this I will have to keep the DNT, which you will need to pardon for.
