Scammed by Golden Mecca - $480 USD

Explanation of the trade: Our initial agreement was that I would code a "gold shop" website for him for $450 USD. Later, he told me that he could pay me $480 instead. Furthermore, our deal was that once I was 50% finished with the website, he would send me a $150 payment. Once I was 100% finished with the site, he would send me the rest of the money, more specifically $330 USD. He would pay me either through PayPal or in 07 gold.
How they scammed: Once I had completed his site 50%, he never sent me the first payment. Also, once I finished the site 100%, he still didn't pay me. I never received the $480, as agreed.

Scammed me 150$ and another sythe user 50$, I would never let someone like that code my website, idk what he can put in the code.. he didnt send me any code what so ever so he has all work for himself which wasnt a lot anyway, he did like 3 pages of website in 1 month. remove my dnt asap pls

i was not anti-scamming nobody, i refuse to trade with someone who charged me back. especially when it comes to web development.

I can pay him the full amount for website right now but what stops him from running with my money and not finishing the product like he promised?

 

He claims it is fully done & also showed me the website link, communicate with him with what else needs changing.

 

ok agreement was 480m or 450$, so 450-180$(chargeback+fee's) = 270$ left which can be paid to someone , untill he finishes website then money goes to him?

I have made it clear that he needs to repay your $180 in BTC or 07GP and then he will receive payment for the website.

Please let me know once the OP of the report has paid back the chargebacks & you have paid him for the website.
