Need some advice

Hey guys, so I recently manage to get a green h'ween mask, it's the most cash i've had on rs, and it's a lot to me
So i needed some advice-
a) Should I keep or sell the mask? I'm fairly ok with money, but I'm not rich, aside from this mask.
b) If I do keep it, how much should I lend it out for, per hour? I'll rarely ever use it, so I'm just gonna leave it on constant lending, can anyone tell me what a fair lending price is?

My idea is to sell it because everything on Rares are dropping atm and I don't think you want to lose anymore GP.

Yep, sell it! You can use that money to make more profit instead of having a dropping h'ween sitting in your bank.

On this note, I would have also said sell it till you're absolutely 100% comfortable with the other items you have. Say you're a big PvMer, keep spending GP on items to make more money from PvM to afford sets like nex, barrows, bandos armor, etc.

Once you have every item you'd classify as a necessity, then use your excess cash to purchase rares/cool looking items.
