    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
    Tyler Garrison and SocksTheKitty doesn't have a direct IP match, but both matches with Anduc.
    Tyler requesting to add "Socks_The_Kitteh" https://www.sythe.org/posts/26665355/

    Not sure if Anduc is the same person but should be looked into.
