Hey Mod's I'm going to try and make this dispute as clear as possible with all the events that took place as well as exact times.

So fear has been doing a 99 range and 99 mage service for me for a few weeks now. Everything was going pretty much good as always. About 2 days ago I requested that Fear let me play on the account for a few hours a day which he said was perfectly fine. Yesterday I played a bit with my friends because I have not played in ages.

So today a few hours ago one of my friends asked me to up his rank in my friends chat, keep in mind the friends chat is hosted on a different account aside from my main that I play on. However the emails are quite similar only being off my 1 letter which is a G.

My friend asking me to give him gold star.


Now with that being said I went ahead and tried to login to what I thought was my alt account keeping in mind they are only off my a letter G when in reality it was the account that Fear was training on. I requested the password be changed because I kept getting a login error.

Now immediately after I changed the password Fear contacted me.



I immediately took responsibility for having the account locked and gave him the new password. Keep in mind before this he was responding to me literally immediately.

Once I gave him the new password he did not respond to me for maybe 30-45 minutes. Now till this point Fear and I had no issues I'd get online daily and ask for progress he'd give it to me without an issue everything was great.

So once he tells me he logged into the account he says " I guess ill use my own gear since you took yours off" I didn't take any of my gear off the account. I then logged into the account after he said that and my bank was cleaned. Now Fear and I are the only ones who have my bank pin or have access to my account via the 2 factor authentication if that's even still connected "I'm not sure" but I'm sure we are the only 2 that have my bank pin so it had to either be myself or him. I know for sure it was not me.

Anyhow by the looks of it, I know there is not much anyone can do because it looks like I scammed myself but I assure you I did not touch anything on the account.

I paid Fear upfront $250 in BTC to complete this order.

I also had a 1.6B bank

I'm not sure if anything could be done about this but I'm going to go ahead and change my password on my account until a moderator can look into this.

If push comes to shove and nothing can be done about this I am not a money hungry guy. Ill just pay someone else to complete the rest so I can move on with my life and "lesson learned" count my losses.

Also thought id add something here at the end. Personally speaking I am not in need of any money or gold. I make an honest living and can verify my monthly income/bank account and its well over the scammed amount. I don't need to steal from myself.

 

First of all, there is no claim to be made here. You've taken your stuff and pushed the blame on me as you clearly got the chance to. I did the work as requested and went as far as to even allow you to play during certain times, this is beyond my control and you know it.
I've been playing around 12 hours or so just today, with minimum amount of breaks/interval. Since the expected time of completion that i gave you was 5 weeks which is ending tommrow, and I had planned to play until even further in the late midnights. Your total remaining experience left is 1,800,000 xp. The time interval you mention that I went 'mysteriously' away was me going to the toilet and grabbing something to eat which is a failry humane thing to do.

Second of all, I can be fairly sure that you took your stuff, because this clearly hasn't been the first time you've logged in your account (previous to our agreement two days ago).

On 4th november I saw these items missing from your bank when i went to grab blood runes from there I naturally took a screenshot:

Moderators can view all evidence which is dated and put in a folder runelite auto makes. As far as i'm aware I can't be held responsible for your items.

I owe you for the following;
86m that I used for the supplies our of 100m
36m for the remaining experience left (as per our agreement on the set rate).

 

The screenshot of items missing are the items you wear to train magic ............ if you seen items missing from my bank on November 4th why didn't you mention anything to me. You took a screenshot of my bank at the beginning of the service if something was missing you should of let me know at that time.

So what your telling me is 11/4/2018 you noticed what looks to be well over 100m missing from my account and you didn't notify me. That's real fishy bro! and you took the screenshot to where you cant see the armor set you have on most likely because it was my original armor set which is shown in the original bank image.

The first time I logged into my account was yesterday when I asked you to log in which was 11/09/2018. Everything was still in place as usual the only thing that was missing was 10M that I loaned my buddy while I was playing yesterday.

I mean if you think I'm paying you anything after you clearly just cleaned my bank you've sadly mistaken. The unfortunate reality is I cant really prove you took it but I know 100% I didn't and your the only other person with access to my account and my bank pin.

In our conversation yesterday you didn't feel the need to tell me 100+m was missing off my account?





Also MODS when I played on my account yesterday this gear he is speaking of was not missing it was all there my bank was at 1.5B probably due to item depreciation or something but it all was there. So of course to me it would look like nothing is missing so I in reality I wouldn't question the service accuracy.

 

If I see that an account that only you and me had access to, why would I then ask you if you've taken your stuff? you had your account's private chat off but kept joining random clan chats including your main's clan chat so I naturally assumed it was you using stuff for your main. And besides, I already told you that I don't restrict access to accounts as there's no point for it because people would still login.

I already mentioned above that cost of supplies were covered through the 100m from your account, this has been done since day one for obvious reasons being keeping your account away from bans.

 

Ok, what I cant seem to understand is, if you saw all of the mage gear was missing on the 11/4/2018 then wouldn't that mean you've been using your own gear since 11/4/2018.

You never mentioned to me anything about my gear being missing and you using your own gear on or after 11/4/2018 until today. So I'm trying to see which part of this lie your going to stick with.....

Its pretty clear your story has holes it in and I have to give it to you its pretty good. I'm going to continue to quote your post so you cant change anything. Hopefully a mod sees all the holes I see.

Stop playing dumb, the gold was only thing that used. All the gear that was used was yours until it was taken from you. The mage gear was already worn.

I just cant seem to understand how you saw over 800m missing off my account 11/4/2018 and didn't mention anything to me while you were doing the service. This is of course going off of the image you showed previously saying my bank was at 558m.

*Note to self* When I logged onto my account yesterday none of these items were missing that you say were missing 11/4/2018. If they were I'm sure you would of mentioned something to me or I would of questions you about it when I played on my account yesterday.

You've obviously took all my stuff today and I mentioned it to you immediately when I found out. I'm not sure how you came up with all of this but tbh its brilliant but not good enough. You just have a lot of holes in your lies man anyone with 20/20 vision can see them. However I'm not one to contentiously argue but good luck hopefully a mod will check the thread in a bit. I reported it to have the RSN removed from the post.

 

Yes I let my buddy borrow 10M yesterday to bandos with me, all of my gear and cash was all still intact yesterday nothing was missing.

 

Like I said it's not my concern to follow or investigate what you do, I only do what I'm paid for and that's about it. I'm gonna wait on a moderator to respond now.

 

There is no way we can verify either claim for the missing items. We cannot verify if only @Fear & @StickTalk had access to this account during the training.

This service was stopped early so the remaining incomplete portion of the service will need to be refunded.

Based on the section rules, service providers are to warn their customers to remove all excess gear off the account before service. @Fear I can't seem to find your TOS, I assume you take orders from this thread that directs users to your livechat. Are you able to provide evidence of you warning this user?

 

Whatever you decide is fine with me @Fear seems to know just the correct ins and outs of the market to render this dispute inconclusive. He did not warn me about removing all of my gear. I told him I would like for him to complete the service and not any workers because my account was valuable to me that is all.




After this I confirmed his sythe account and paid him to start the service with everything on my account intact.

He also confirmed the inventory via sythe PM.

 

Our only T.O.S is clearly stated on my website: https://rsgoldking.com/terms-of-service which gives the limitations, warranty, gaurantee and refunds/cancelations of our service in general.

Total amount of experience remaining: 1,800,000 out of 16,882,000 xp total.
Rate set at 20gp/xp: 36m

@StickTalk can pm me his rsn, world and location to collect the remaining amount of unpaid service

 

To add: StilkStalk is not the first person we've services, along with @Sh33dy and @Wonder GP @Pathogen v2 @Go4 (vouched) to name a few have trusted me with near similar amounts of his accounts value.

 

What I do know is only two people in this world have my bank pin and my you and I, and I most definitely didn't steal from myself. On another note ill wait and see what @Pendulum has to say in resolution. If anything as I said before ill just count my losses and move along.

 

I've talked with @Pendulum its nothing I can do to prove my case, but at the end of the day you and I know the truth. You can keep the 36m for the incomplete service by the looks of it you need it more than I do.
