you cant just dismiss my terms of service simply because you feel im not legimate 2 others confirmed i got around the right xp and my twc has nothing to do with this.

if you refuse to provide the supplies to finish the order you choose to cancel the order and still owe me the full price as my tos state.

 

Did you not read nothing in this world will make me pay you 8m for doing 1/4 of the work and you fucked up by being a shitty worker and funneled cannon balls away because you didnt wanna look in the bank for gear

@Fastfil please provide any evidence you have (if any) of what range based armour you requested nurvael wear during the training.

Range bonus does factor in cannons hit rate, but not by alot.

Based off of the range xp factors I think I can safely say that the all of the cannonballs were used to recieve the amount of range xp nurvael got during the training. Whats left to decide at this point is if you two had an agreement as to what was to be worn while training, and if this affected the amount of cannonballs/xp.

Once that has been discussed we can talk about if you guys want to continue the service and whom is owed what.

You had nothing in your bank gear wise, you have range gear on you and that is the gear you had on :
Iron boots
green dhide chaps
combat bracelet
iron platebody
not sure what helmet
200 Iron darts
No ring
glory amulet.

 

Because you had no previous agreement or discussion about what @Nurvael was to wear while using the cannon, we cannot hold him liable for any potential lost experience due to have less range bonus, this is especially apparent as some of the items that were automatically supplied with the account did provide range bonus. I dont expect @Nurvael to contact you in addition to what he should wear, when he was supplied with gear that provided range bonus at the start.

Give me some time to think about and seek council from other moderators about who should be paid what. Im under the assumption neither of you want to continue with the service?

 

I want my 8M, i can still finish the service i have no problems with doing that, but if he decides to stop or wants me to stop then i still want my 8M. like my tos states.

 

@Fastfil do you want to stop the service, or would you like to complete it?

 

I would like if he does say yes if you can hold the gp @Tyler because i dont trust him at all anymore.

You also see the gear i have on? that is exactly what he provided when i logged in and i only saw a shortbow in the bank that i took for a bit extra bonus.

cannonballs 10.8k in 1 screen you can see that aswell. that is the total cballs he provided.

 

Ok. So the attack levels were completed. Still waiting on a reply from fastfil now before we proceed

 

Also if i havent said this yet, he changed his password most likely ( this morning) today, so he probably dont want me to complete.

 

My ToS CLEARLY states that if you CHANGE password while service is not completed no refund will be given.
that in itself violates my tos and i am entitled to a full payment You cannot change password untill services is completed ( doing so will result in termination of services, and no refund will be provided)

he has broken 3 rules so far from my ToS
