Explanation of the trade: He hit me up in DMs when i posted the thread i was looking for a maxed cape rs3 main (LTB maxed cape rs3 main) and we began discussing. He said that he had multiple accounts and even showed and gave me access to one of them, making me trust him. I then mentioned that the account did not have a maxed cape and was therefore not the account i was looking for, but then he brought up the account mentioned above. He provided a screenshot with stats+him saying his discord name and tag, confirming that he owned that account. He then proceeded to ask me how much i would offer for it and i started off with 60m. He mentioned 80m, i suggested 70 and he said 75. Me being cheeky just offered 72m and he jokingly raised the price to 78m, so i accepted the price of 75m. At the start he said he was willing to go first, but i wanted a 5050 to ensure fairness. He suggested an mm and i had no problem, and therefore went looking for one and kept him updated on mms i found and looked promising. However after a while, he just DMed me asking how a 5050 trade worked, and i explained to him the definition of a 5050 trade. He accepted it and went on to accept the trade of 37.5m on his osrs pure, brotherrev. I waited a while for the information to be sent but he claimed he was busy and shortly after he blocked me.
How they scammed: Not giving the information of the account details when we agreed to the terms of the trade and proceeded to block me, running off with 37.5m, a measly $15 a pathethic amount to scam

I know and fully admit this is entirely my fault, I missed out on so many red flags as I was blinded by greed and the idea of having such a beautiful account. Unfortunately I do not have any pics of the trades as I was careless and did not take any of them. What i do hope is to get this scumbag banned from this site to prevent others from potentially falling prey to his scams. Also on the bright side, who has a max cape to sell for 70m?
