Scammed by dimeater1 w/ full proof

I had boughten this account a low level obby mauler from this guy, only to find out after having it for 2 days he had botted it and now the account is perma banned. im looking for full ban or a refund from him hopefully

Did he assure you anywhere it wasn't botted?

 

He didnt assure that but i would think thats in obvious thing not to do when selling the account. Thats pretty much 100% scamming someones money if they know the account is botted and they know its going to get banned so they get rid of it.

 

They don't necessarily know it'll get banned. The buyer's responsibility is to ask these questions IMO.

 

IMO you're wrong, not a single bot works in rs07. If you bot you will be banned. so therefor he knew it was going to get banned and thought he could make a quick buck.

 

How was he to know it was flagged and about to be banned? NO one except Jagex can know when the next carpet ban is. Unless it was specifically stated that it was hand trained then there's not a case.

 

You're obviously not intelligent enough to read my past statement. Every single bot in rs 07 gets banned. There is not a single one that works.

 

Some people get away with it and it's your job as the buyer to ask these questions
