Scammed by Clem0nt

Explanation of the trade: Agreed on a deal with 7m for $1.2/m totalling $8.4 via btc. Clem0nt is a sythe verified user + $50 donor and I saw his Skype ID/vouches (so scam was NOT a imposter!). I didnt ask for a pm because I knew he wasn't an imposter and i was talking to the original clem0nt. I traded first for obvious reason because:
1) I'm new to sythe
2) I don't have any vouches nor do I have a SVU/donor rank
after trading the 7m in game, I sent my BTC address and he told me to give him a few minutes because he is trying to exchange some btc or else he will refund in 10 minutes. However after 10 minutes he never responded and nor did I receive my $8.4 bitcoins. After about 5 minutes I went on sythe and realized he got banned for "ban evading" I have no clue what that is, but I realized at this moment that I got scammed by a SVU. I'm wondering if its possible it get my gold returned or if my payment can be made, not sure what actions the Sythe community takes on scammer who is a Sythe Verified User.
