    Briefly explain the trade: Red Partyhat for $220 via PayPal.
    How they scammed: He first sent me $185 and said he will send the other $35 when he gets enough funds. Told me he will have after one week its been 2 weeks now.
    Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: He added my msn and also sent me private messages.
