Scammed by BITSTARZ

I have been playing on and off at the online casino https://www.bitstarz.com/. I had played there before and made successful withdrawals. I normally do not play for long, usually deposit and make 2-3 wagers and then withdraw if I was winning. Today I deposited .4 btc and won a roulette spin (Won .2 btc). When attempting to withdraw my withdrawal was automatically discarded and the livechat told me that I need to place 10x wagering on my deposit before I can withdraw my initial deposit or any winning. So basically they have implemented a rule that I was not informed of that I need to place 4 btc of bets from my .4btc deposit before I can withdraw anything. I am not even allowed to withdraw my initial .4 deposit.

According to the agent it was all in the terms and conditions although this rule had never applied to me in the past. If anyone knows how I can get my money out without actually placing bets let me know.

 

If you HAVE to place bets, just continuously place the same amount on red and black until you've wagered 4 BTC and pray to fucking god a 0 doesn't come in.

 

Didn't think of that, I wonder if I can place the same bets on baccarat and have it count. Thanks!

EDIT: I believe this will work. I need to place 7 hands of .6 btc. Half on banker, half on player, ties are push. Every banker win takes 5% commission so worst case scenario is banker for 7 hands in a row = a loss of .105 btc.

 

Speaking like a true gambler! Lets just hope they actually cash you out after doing the 4 BTC in games and just isn't giving an excuse to not cash you out for a chance to lose the rest of your balance!

Ended up having to play a couple more hands than expected due to every loss meant -.015 btc. In total I lost .054 btc in banker commission which comes out to $190 CAD. They have approved my withdrawal and I have received my bitcoins now.

To put this is in perspective, mcdoubles cost $1.40 here. That means I was robbed of 135 cheese burgers. I eat roughly 4 mcdoubles per trip, that means 1 entire month of mcdonalds budget was STOLEN. I would not recommend these guys to anyone looking for an easy cash out experience.

 

Seems like an aggressive measure against people who use them as a bank.

Also, try mac sauce on your mcdoubles - most mcdonalds add it for free.

 

Off topic...But can't agree more, that Mac sauce is the truth. Also, get the double cheese-burgers and not the Mcdouble, they are $2 for 2 on the Mc-pick 2 menu and have double the cheese, and double the greatness.
