Scammed by Bishy4Evah

A thread was made by dark_snow_angel with the title "Buying Neopoints and Neopets." which can be found here "http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=610981". That is where I found Bishy4Evah's post, with his e-mail from which I took and added him (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=4825249#post4825249 for his post).

After adding him, I told him I was looking to buy Neopoints, and he said $8 USD per million. I told him I would buy 2 million Neopoints, for my sisters birthday (She had asked me to get them for her for her birthday present). I sent him the money on Paypal (16USD), as he said I had to go first. After receiving the money, he said he had to check something; I asked him when he wanted to know my username on Neopets and he went offline. I gave him one day to come back online, which he didn`t. I added him on another MSN and he accepted and had blocked me on my main MSN account. I confronted him about the Neopoint scam and he said he had sent it, I asked him how that was possible, because I had never given him my Neopets username. He went offline there too.

I consulted a Forum person on what to include, and this is the compiled list. Thank you so much and I hope that this issue is resolved so that Bishy4Evah cannot scam any other people. My sister was really excited to get the Neopoints, which she can now not receive due to me being scammed 18.86 CAD.
