Amount scammed: 400m ikov gp
How they scammed: He advertised that he was selling a 1b/hour unlimited voting method for the runescape private server Ikov for 1b ikov gold. He agreed to me putting a down payment of 400m, testing out the method to see if it works, then paying the rest after testing. If the method didn't work, he agreed to refund me the 400m. After paying the 400m and later realizing the method doesn't work I asked for a refund and he blocked me on discord.
