Explanation of the trade: Purchased the following account; [INFERNAL CAPE] ☆MAX COMBAT ☆[OMM] 2047 TOTAL [EX MOD]

Amount scammed: Well I paid somewhere between 1.5b/1.6b for the account - can't find the exact amount because I am currently banned but you can see through the confirmation PMs on sythe between Sky and Tyler

How they scammed:
I believe due too me being banned Tyler thought it would have been an easy get away with the account/tried to recover the account without me noticing, after investing what I have invested into the account ( Lets say I bought it for 1.6b 07 and then I have invested around 1.2b into Services and such )

Here's some proof of the services I have bought;

67-70 Runecrafting from @Taking which cost me 16m 07. - Taking Vouches

80-99 Agility which was done by @Taking at the rate of 45gp/xp which totals roughly 495m 07. Taking Vouches

77-99 Fishing gotten by @Katinukas at the rate of 20gp/xp this totals up to roughly 220-230m 07.

Email is miraculously in the original email of the account? Too which only @Tyler has and claims he is the OO.



I'd like too just note as well I have refunded the user I had my debt too @video eo can confirm this and on the day I got these 2 emails I was asleep as I spoke too Video and went too bed and said ill wake up in the morning - 40 minutes later these 2 emails come through.

Already in the process of recovering the account for sky, however due to his recent replies it seems he wants a refund for the account. Ill post my thoughts in about half an hour as im out of house atm.

This logic makes no sense, What does your ban on sythe have to do with me thinking I could recover the account without you noticing? your sythe account does not = your runescape account

We will need to get a mod/admins stance on this, if you are insisting on a refund then I am not interested in paying for what you had done on the account. You don't lease a car, get it modified then ask the dealership to pay for the modifications.

email states by the amount of stars how many characters are in it, therefore it's the same original email as you said.

Also would like too note claims not too have access to the account yet the email has suddenly changed again?...




As for the services I would like inputs from members off staff because I do think that's absurd that he may have the chance to basically get 1b+ worth of services done on the account without him having too refund anything for that, as now the account is worth more than what it's originally worth and even then if he's going off the gold price back then if he sold it for 1.5b at the current price it'd still profit him 100s of $s.

Account is worth more than 2b-2.5b now.

Think about that, if I had recovered to the OG email to scam Sky - like your claiming, why would jagex let anyone recover from the OG email to another email? That dosen't make any sense whatsoever

I was going to be out of house (was at work for about an hour and half) and don't have access to OG mail on mobile. so I recovered it to my bleuskittle email which was registered on the account for quite some time.

I'm not even sure what you mean by the wording of this, maybe retype it because I can't understand it at all.

 

I actually think this is a fair point. When I sold the account to sky he was not made aware of this report and what had happened previously with this user.

Based on what happened with the Tasty situation I assumed he was just trying to game me out of money after having buyers remorse, and sythe's rules regarding how account recoveries work. I have been told that buyers can sometimes recover if they have enough information. I'll talk with Sky about how much he has put into the account.

I've made over 10 accounts on runescape, and I have two personal emails, do you expect me to have instant access to a 4/5 year old email account on my 1 year old phone?

I submitted the recovery request before I had to go into work, and then went into work. Would you like to see my timecard punches from the time I was at work also?

Logged on and screenshared with king and gave sky all items on account, username has been transferred over.

• the account
• the items he has on the account
• the username he had on account

This report can be closed. Although Video said I am not required to, I am opting to repay him for the amount he has put into the skills provided he get the necessary screenshots through the people he purchased it proving he paid for that training and at what amount it was for. This will be done either by waiting until he's unbanned and can get all of the proofs or by a admin getting them for him through his PM box.
