This is his buyer to whom he sold. At the time of sale, all codes were working. The time he gave him to use has expired. There can be no claims against me. He could sell in a few hands but I don't know exactly that.

If there's an issue between @El Don and a customer, then there would need to be a report from them. This is a separate dispute.

His client agrees that we had conditions and the applicant did not comply with them.
There are conditions to which he agreed. He was given time. At the time of the transfer of the codes, all were intact. This is not his first attempt to deceive me.

Why you did not answer @Techie about how you got those cards? And do not say that I deceived you before because if I did that, you would not deal with me any more obviously.
The cards you gave to me were $0 after I paid you so either you or your supplier had used them before I do.

All I could understand from his agreement that I should pay him within 5 hours not that the cards will be sold/used by someone else. These cards obviously were sold to another customer or they were bought using stolen credit cards and in both scenarios it is an absolute scam and if he continue to sell the cards over here, he is gonna burn more members ofc.

Thank you for your decision although I know he won't refund me at all but at least I stopped him to scam any other member here.

 

@Andrese doesn't seem interested in resolving this so banned for 6 months + DNT will remain. They'll need to resolve this if they'd like to return.
