Scammed(?) by Amon V3n0m

I want to believe that the seller is telling the truth and that he had some sort of emergency that hindered him from delivereing the account but now its been 4 days since I last heard from him so idk what else to do but to make this post.

Proof that it's their Discord: I have previously confirmed via DMs that this is their discord but Amon also has discord username and ID posted on their Sythe profile.

Some backstory: I have previously bought an OSRS account from Amon which I am still using to this day and I have no issues with which made me trust him for this trade and I went first with payment for another OSRS account.

I DMd him on discord 5 days ago asking if he had any more accounts for sell which he did so he sent me screenshots and we agreed upon a price of $220. I asked to pay in 07gp which I did in items worth ~1,4b 07gp. After payment he asked for 5 minutes to change passwords and delete "private stuff" from the account email.

How they scammed:
After payment he asked for 5 minutes but then didn't respond until the day after when he messaged me and apologised for the delay offered me a $25 refund for the hassle, he said he had an emergency and wasn't able to respond but asked me to give him 3 more hours so he could get home and then I would get the account details. That was 4 days ago and I have not been able to get a hold of him after that.
