    Can I see the end of the chat where he logs off/blocks you etc? You've got everything you need to ban him here, the only thing that concerns me is that he appears to still be available and online in the chat pictures you show, which does not proof he intentionally scammed you.

    I've banned him and believe me, Abdul's Mom will be hearing about this. Just kidding. If he decides he wants to be unbanned, be can dispute and he will need to refund you for the upgrade that he scammed. Sorry for your loss.
