52xp Scamming me 35m 07

Explanation of the trade: He posted that he was selling a guide to win 99% of all stakes and make bills within seconds. A guide that seems way too good to be true. He also mentions that it's a bug that's not been patched, when really it's just a scam. A scam that is reportable.
How they scammed: After I payed him 35m he met me in game to show me that if you duel someone with plate body on and they don't have a plate body on you will win 99% of all stakes. A guide that is not a glitch, but a rule switch scam. A scam that is widely known and I had known before. So in order for this glitch to go through the opponent must accept to a duel where plate bodies are enabled, even though there is a 10 second timer before accepting each stake. So I was scammed out of 35m 07! I asked for a refund and he just started to ignore me then said "good day" and ty for 35m stuff like that. After this I decided to test the guide he had given me to prove how it doesn't work. I stood there in duel arena for 1 hour spamming staking 1-20b and no1 accepted with plate on, besides one person that had placed a trove plate body on before the fight had begun.

He has deleted me on skype and has scammed me and i'm sure I won't be seeing him again any time soon
