Scammed again- 2 times in a week =/

Well, looking at the upside, 30m isn't a lot, it's like 20 dollars.... :/ and neither is 60mil.

 

always use a MM, a trusted MM or an official preferably.

 

Just make sure that you take pictures, and record evidence of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. If you can make a successful report, then it reduces the chance of these people scamming others in the future. Sorry to hear about your 30m, I've been scammed a lot in the past, but am very careful now so it's a much rarer occurence. Generally one of my biggest indicators is how I feel when talking to the other person; usually get a good impression within the first few IM's to each other. Anyway, if in any doubt at all, there's always the option of a middle man.

 

This is like the fourth time I've heard someone say they were scammed by thebeardedjet. Seriously, if you're scammed, get these tools banned. Get pics of their MSN (proof it is their MSN over Sythe/PM), them saying their RSN over MSN, your inventory before trading the gold, the 2nd trade screen waiting for the other player to accept (with said RSN), your inventory after the trade (less gp), and all other important chat logs. But like others said, always use an MM. Even if the trade is small, and you don't want to pay fees for OMM, there are plenty of other trusted MMs here.
