Clearly a con artist, i dont expect him to pay me back and i feel stupid but he deserved to be banned on here. @Lorona

Just a suggestion but going off @Lorona's vouchs perhaps ariba could be given permission to chargeback funds of the btc he sold them for paypal to help put towards cyber to get refunded?
