Reporting Element Purple as a Scammer

He bought an account from me on October 4th, and all was well until I checked my Paypal on the 16th Novemeber. He had gotten the account banned, and then tried to refund the payment after it saying that I had recovered the account, even though the account was banned. Luckily enough I could resolve the issue with Paypal, and get my money back but he did cause a problem, causing me to not be able to use Paypal to withdraw money, or put money into it for around 3-4 days which was a big problem for me.

Here is what he put with the dispute - The email was still in his name at this time, and I didn't have any access to it:

Here is the message centre of my messages, as you can see there are only 2 things regarding the account from the 4th October (when he bought it) which was not due to billing:

Tldr: Sold him my acc, he played on it, got it banned then tried to refund via paypal, i resolved the issue, he never got his money back luckily but just wanted to make sure he doesnt scam again. Thanks

If you need any evidence from my paypal that I used to dispute the claim with let me know, I have no problem with allowing access to a moderator such as yourself to anything you need proof off, luckily enough I had a good idea of how to dispute otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my money back. - I'm his brother by the way, so if he's not available let me know and i'll happily assist as we both played the account at the same time

Sorry edited my post, this is my brother who made the thread, and he's fairly young so if you need assistance with the paypal part of the transaction which I was behind lemme know

 

my bad ! I had sold this account to a friend who DOES NOT BOT, and he specifically told me that the account was banned for no reason of his. I charged back and got nothing so I just cancelled my dispute and told him bad luck.

I have not charged back any of my other transactions, I have no intent to scam. Honest mistake and I'm sorry to the owner of the account. I can show you my transaction history with no other chargebacks of any sort.

 

hm okay man just seems abit fishy I checked the message centre on the account, and the only email that had been changed was to yours, so your friend bought an account and hadn't changed the email over to his seems a bit strange
