Never sent it and trying to get out of it.
Pretends he sent it to the wrong email and has to chargeback, then confesses he's having hard times or something.

I'm seeing that as his skype. Do you have any confirmation that flyer20113 is his skype? I can't find any.

 

It may have been an imposter scam, that skype is related to a ban evader.
