Scammed 2-3M by Barrrsforday

Hello. Could a mod please answer this.

Basically, a person wanted a Free jad. I said I am gonna do it for Free. Later on, he wanted me to do the Cape but not only jad. He requested me to do the Cape from wave 40. I said I dont do that for free. I told him id charge about 40% of the usual price which is 2-3m (5.5m for full ). He said that he would pay the whole 5.5m for my effort. After i finished the Cape, he traded me 500k worth of stuff after he vouched for me. He said that he doesnt have cash atm.
But that he would pay later on.
Now, i met him at the duel arena and he has plenty of cash but he wont pay.
I now think he only told me to pay me for the Cape because he was really afraid of me scmming him (he had worth 5m gear on the caves).
If i show pics of Skype chat where he tells the above ( that he would pay me) , would that be enough proof to get hin banned?
Im somewhat upset about him..thats just sad.
I will upload the chat If you tell me thats enough (on fone atm)

They seem really tiny dont know why. When u save them to your pc it should be good though!

You need the skype profile id screenshot, and yes tell him to look at this thread he owes you the payment

 

the skype name shows up at some of the pics.
I was talking to entrr about this on skype and he told me i need to pm him about my payment. thats what I did. heres the reply.
He says I told that i would do for free. Thats clearly a lie as you can see on my skype pictures. I offered to do for free at 1st because he only wanted a jad. he then told that hed pay me because he wanted me to do from wave 40 after.
That clearly shows in the skype also. He refuses to pay.
We talked alot on skype because he had alot of questions. please add me on skype so I can show you the whole chat if you need me to.
He also says on sythe pm that I "wanted to borrow 10m". thats true. after I met him on rs duel arena when he wouldnt pay me i wanted to get proof that he had actually cash to pay me.
He told he cant lend me any because he has only 10-20m left. I didnt inted on a loan. Just wanted him to admit he has cash but wont pay me.
Like i said, feel free to add me for the whole skype convo.
