Scam Report - User: Explain Death

Background information on the transaction:
- Me and Explain Death have agreed on doing a transaction of 10k 07 Gold for 9.5m EoC gold.

Complaint:
- The result was an unsuccessful trade, and he has scammed me I want him to be identified as a scammer, and be acknowledged by the public for his actions. I understand I may not receive a refund, unless by his actions to do so.

Evidence:
- I have a whole video recording of the deal, although I have had some personal information displayed, and upload is exceedingly long. I have just snapped pictures based off the video and the conversation we had on skype before he had deleted me.
