Okay before I give the details, I just want to say that the reason why I'm posting the third time is because my first thread ( same as this ) has been rejected by a mod named Chloe. So right after she rejected my thread, I talked to her afterwards on a conversation ( I will show pictures below ) but she still rejected my words without any fundamental ground of understanding and ended our conversation by ignoring me and not replying. So the difference between this thread and the first is that I will be including all the screenshots of the situations that happened and how ignorant Chloe is in our conversation that happened after she rejected my first thread. I just hope other mods will see this and handle this differently because I feel Chloe didn't handle it correctly. My second thread has been locked by King and he didn't reply and address me ( will show pictures )during a conversation we had after he locked by thread. I hope a different mod will handle this.

Explanation of the trade:Okay it all started when I wanted to sell my rsps letspk blood money for osrs gp and i asked StaceyServices to MM for me. But then, after some researching, I found out about an rsps gold selling website called "rsgoldfund". So, I went in but didn't make any deals because I was skeptical and cautious and eventually the rsgoldfund live chat agent banned me off the live chat so I wouldn't be abe to come back and make any deals. After awhile, I shared my story with StaceyServices. And StaceyServices offered to sell my bm for me since i couldn't access the live chat. Then, the live chat agent told StaceyServices that they would only accept 1 mil blood money at most at that point of time. But the problem was, I had over 3.5 mil blood money and the risks of me getting banned for selling partially was huge. so i consulted StaceyServices about it as I had doubts that i wouldn't get caught. And I told StaceyServices that it would be too risky. But StaceyServices was confident and assured me that I wouldn't get caught. So I believed StaceyServices and the trade process happened.I controlled my rs character and died to StaceyServices for 1 million bm and StaceyServices died to the rsgoldfund agent for it.I did receive 25m 07 for selling 1 mil blood money to rsgoldfund but right after it happened, I got banned almost immediately. The rest of 2.5m blood money in my letspk rsps account is gone. So I asked StaceyServices to compensate my 2.5m blood money since he was the one who confidently reassured me time and again that I wouldn't get caught. But he refused to and insisted that I make a report instead.
How they scammed:Assured me that I wouldn't get caught by selling only partially of my bank but refused to compensate me 2.5 million blood money when i got banned.

Skype profile ID & conversation pictures:To prove that its StaceyServices and how he UNDENIABLY induced me to take the risky route which ended my account in a ban. I will try to screenshot everything of our conversation on discord this time to make sure you understand that StaceyServices's ignorance and how confident he is got me banned. Not the gold site. And that StaceyServices is COMPLETELY LIABLE for my loss because he's not a professional agent but my sythe friend that has to take responsibility as he was never cautious enough to leave a disclaimer if something bad were to happen ( which it did ).

Other relevant trade screenshots: No screenshots. But StaceyServices does possess a video of him dieing 1m bm to the agent for me. But that doesn't really speak for anything. I just wish a different mod can handle this better. At least get Stacey to refund me because my account got wiped out because of him. I hope I don't violate the report template because I have a lot of information added to clarify.

 

I have to agree with Chloe and King here. There was no definitive statement made. At no point did StaceyServices state "if you are banned, I will refund you." You were aware of the risks, and as you admit, Stacey said that you would "not get banned (probably)".

I'm sorry you were banned and lost the money, but you understood the risks when you went through with this trade and Stacey's statement that you were probably not going to get banned does not make him liable for the trade itself.
