How they scammed: Gerwyn pm'd a friend ingame we rwt'd after i traded him 65m 07 and got us both banned having me lose 10b runewild and him keeping the whole 65m 07, even though his liable for the ban and confessed that his liable for the ban.

@Slice Contacted you on discord and I will need you to provide me undeniable proof of the ban reason. Because it's a rsps ban, this is way easier than handling a RWT rs bans so you will need to contact a mod/admin of the rsps and ask them the for ban reason.

I've went ahead and checked the Runewild rules and it states:

I believe I said "MAYBE" I don't know for sure entirely, don't try to shift the blame to me when you were too confident about not being banned. You even said you didn't get banned for months and assured that there's 0 risk. Anyways, I didn't "confess to anything".Read the screenshots however you want to read it but I'm not liable to anything of your loss. I got banned too. See what I mean? This is what happens when you're overly-confident.

 

1.There's nowhere i assured that there's 0 risk, if there was you would have posted it already. all you got is that image where i said "i haven't been banned yet and i have been rwting for months" and surely i wont, but because you pm'd your friend only i got banned.

2.You unblocked me & deleted this message from our chat: Screenshot - 28a1e0eb971aeff04fba38b3228e5a08 - Gyazo you got scared because you know that you were liable for the ban.

But i took full screenshots of the chat at the time of making the report so please don't try deleting something else

 

I will still need you to provide screenshots of the ban reason once you've been able to contact a mod/admin from the rsps. Please post it here once you have it so we can move forward with the report thank you.

 

I deleted it because I feel you might use it to make it seem like I'm actually trying to set up/scam you as how you would say it. To be honest, you were being rude to me, hence why I responding back in a provoking manner. But that doesn't really say much about me being liable for your ban. Okay maybe you didn't assure me that there's "0 risk" but you did say "not banned for months" which really explains your over-confidence. Keep trying to shift the blame to me.

 

I've went ahead and contacted the Runewild owner myself last night and asked to provide me the ban reason and he said he will go over the logs and let me know once he finds it. Will be posting an update as soon as I receive such information.

 

This report has been resolved.

After getting ahold of the Runewild owner, he confirmed that the ban reason was indeed RWT but stated he found it out of his trade logs. I've asked if @gerwyn's comments about rwting the money flagged something and he told me that it didn't affect the ban reason, therefore @gerwyn won't have to refund the 65m 07 here.

Like I previously stated, the rules of the rsps are clear; RWT is against the server's philosophy and you both knew the risks of proceeding with such trade.

@gerwyn I'm going to apply a TWC on you for trading negligence. Even though your comments didnt play a role in the ban, you obviously increased the chances of getting caught by "pming some of your friends regarding the trade you made with @Slice". You will be able to dispute it in 30 days here.
