Briefly explain the trade: 15m/$15
How they scammed:Claimed to send paypal money but didn't
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I have him added from before, we have done trades in the past.

I have traded with him before (twice) using a MM (Flying Toast).
He came online (I had him already added from before) asking for 15m for $15.
I tried msging Toast but he was offline so Eagle suggested he would go first, sending me the $7.50 over Paypal.
I showed him the money ingame and he then sent me the $7.50. I traded him the 15m RSGP then he claimed to send the other $7.50 but logged off MSN right after with me never receiving the money. Everything is shown in the video, make sure to switch it to high quality to see everything.

In short: he owes me 7.5m or $7.50.
