He's been banned, thank you for the report.

(This also has more than enough proof, he won't be getting unbanned until I have proof he paid you guys.)

EDIT: I've discovered he's hacked. Until he has the ability (which he doesn't believe he will) to pay back the scammed users, he will remain banned.
