Scam report against _Viral

Explanation of the trade: I paid for 1 week of access to Vswitcher.
How they scammed: In the FAQ on the site it says that V2 could possibly work on RSPS but support is not provided, it does not say that v2 is no longer available or downloadable, this FAQ is readable before paying for a subscription, so i paid for it and thought i would get V2. Then I asked for a refund cause the only reason i paid for the switcher was to use V2 and attempt to use it on a rsps I play at the moment.
As soon I asked for a refund, Viral asked me for my Discord and banned me from both the private and public discord servers of Vswitcher.


Notice in the top right small FAQ it says v2 could possible work on some RSPS's but does not say it is no longer available nor downloadable anywhere, so it makes you assume that you get v2 download after paying for a subscription.

 

I'm sorry to hear that, there was already a report against this user here, and they are already DNT.
"Viral_" Sold unusable product, states no refunds, misleads, and almost blackmails.

I will add this to the ban reason, they will have to repay it to pardon.
Please always take care to look for past reports against users before doing business.
