Clarification on Zogre ordeal

This is not really the truth of what happened. Mosdon staked away and the rest of his money in-game. He asked me to sell his account for him(The one I sold him) so he could put it on his other account since he was broke. I sold the account for 80m for him. And he agreed I'd get 50m of that. 30m for him. I contacted him on skype, he didn't answer for a few days. My account (with the money on it) was banned on rs for botting in this time. Didn't want to add to my losses by buying gold to fulfill my contract with Mosdon. He then contacted me, I had no money to give unless I bought some for him. He reported me, I'm banned.

He claims he did it to refund the guy I didn't pay yet. But he scammed for 97.4m worth of irl money. Even if he does pay Mosdon, he's only owed 30m. So Zogre scammed for 67.4m or if he doesn't pay him back he scammed for 97.4m. Meaning he is a scammer either way as he stole more money than is owed to Mosdon.
