Report against Playerauctions

A while back i bought an old school runescape account.
Everything went smooth the first month and even though the account got locked, the seller helped me and seemed really friendly. A few days after the locked account resolving the account got recovered. I got all proof which you can see below here and even though i sent the same proof to Playerauctions, i didn't get my insuranced amount back even though i had insurance. I thought even though he scammed me, i would get my money back because i had all the proof they asked me to give. You can read under here what their response was to all of this and you can give your own opinion. Atleast i think my proof is sufficient.

How they scammed: Account was recovered and P/A Not paying out insurance.

Suddenly i could not login anymore and when i tried to recover i got this message

Here it's clear to see the email got changed again. It's not my email anymore ([email protected])

It was also clear the seller deleted his account:

So i started a dispute and playerauctions clearly stated i needed proof from the game publisher. So that is what i did, i messaged Jagex and after a lot of emailing i got the confirmation back.

I thought this was enough to get the account back so i sent this proof to Playerauctions. After a lot of emailing with them they said to me this:

When i asked to Playerauctions what the reason was they said this:

They say that Jagex just confirms i am not the original owner, even though in the email they clearly state that the account has been reclaimed by the original owner! They also say i said i bought the account, even though i never mentioned it.

The most funny thing is that they state the users get 72 hours, but when i did the dispute the seller got alot more than 72 hours. They even asked me if they could sent the seller my email! It's just bullshit how this site promotes scamming and comes up with bullshit reasons as to why they can't refund you the money.

I will never never ever buy anything of this site again!
