Scam Report for kawai187

Reason - Scammed me 300m 07 via PP. I went first to show trust and give him a chance, but he was pixel hungry and an idiot so this is happening. after two hours of no payment and him alluding everything here we are. he paid out the first 100m. then scammed the next increment of 300m.

Proof 1 (when things started going south)



Proof 2 (he has no funds to pay me and I threaten to chargeback, so he panics and tries to refund but can't) (also this is confirmation that I sent him the $231)



Proof 3 (30-40 mins later, says that he needs his friend to give him GP because he can't afford to pay me, keep in mind he told me that he had the cash and was ready to trade. this was just half. the full agreed amount was 700m. we were doing increments.



Proof 4 (I even offered to give him more time, if he was able to give me anything at all and he wasn't.)



proof 5 (He's still playing games, he said "I'm here" and he's not...about an hour has gone by)



Proof 6 (He realizes he messed up because he thought he could get away with it. Basically asking how the bank would go in my favor, if "hypothetically" he scammed.)



I stopped asking where he was and whats going on because I realized he was just dodging me. I profile says selling GP at .99/m yet he contacts me to sell 700m at .77? interesting... similar to what happened to True Living.

I still haven't been paid and will be filing a claim with BOA if this isn't resolved within 2 days.

 

Issued a DNT to him meanwhile. I hate scam reports, can you sum this up in less words please? Who wanted to buy gold and where's the proof of the first transaction?

In reference to other thing, someone contacted me about that yesterday. Sometimes I sell accs that aren’t mine which I specify. Last one that was recovered was two weeks ago and he was immediately refunded.
I have absolutely no recollection of this.
If there was an issue, it was most likely resolved

 

beyond tired of being blamed so lmk how I can throw these jokes under the rug

 

if I can get banned over no receiving payment please ban me if I can get banned for someone not coming through on an order they chose to place please ban me because its simply these foreign gold sites trying to get me banned because they see me as competition I will no longer be the blame when I simply am building rep AWLIEEE paid for 100m got his 100m then asked for 300m and sent fund but funds didn't clear so I didn't release gold if funds cleared it wouldn't have been any issue but im not getting scammed simple as that especially when I have the cheapest rates to build rep+ any mod please message me so I can provide my proof and be done with this

 

he just attempted to scam me too here are the dm's. He just wants you to go first when he has a DNT. I was trying to sell to him and he wanted money so bad that he thought I was buying from him when I'm selling. And he changes his mind and says "sorry wrong person" as if he gets trades often with a DNT lol...

please provide the whole conversation! everyone likes to provide proof but its not even 15% of the conversation

 

I'm probably going to get infracted for this, but this Kawi187 guy has been repeated posting in discord "Selling 1.8b BTC Super cheap" and whenever approached by ANY person with reputable vouches, he always says 1. He wont go first, and 2. he wants to sell to other people to build up vouches.

Meanwhile, hes always Buying gold and only getting vouches for BUYING gold when hes still advertising selling 1b+.... very sketchy individual

ill gladly sell you any amount and show you in trade I have more gold then a selling website its a joke I cant build my own rep the way I see fit

 

selling for $0.80/M while buying at $0.85/M is already an infraction worthy offense if I remember correctly.

 

for the reference above to 07rs3 I stake I lose and win billions of gp daily if I want to sell lower I can to build my rep I also middle man other sales for other websites

You realize it says "NON-MARKET USER" and "DO NOT TRADE". Don't see how they could have made that anymore simple for someone to understand

 

If he doesn’t honor the trade we did days ago. I got a bunch of screen shots both paypal and BTC
