The sucker was posting threads for cheap D3 accounts, then closing them "close soldddd" "delete closeee solddd". He showed me the account and everything looked nice. The I paid him $30 and he logged out, the next day he removed me from skype. That was my first trade here. He was not on any of the banned lists.
