he's been activly bumping threads on powerbot and not here

thank you for your assistance, can a DNT be requested for arthur to as he seems to be in charge. I am not sure what i can do here as he is active offsite bumping threads. Dont know why he is avoiding me.

Both @iballHard and @BallersArthur have been online for the past few days and arthur is actively bumping (iballhards) threads on different forums. They have been banned and are welcome to dispute this ban once they paid for the BTC given by OP.
