The Salt Vendor- No Response on Order [resolved]

Explanation of the trade: Purchased 100M 07 gold from @The Salt Vendor website at around 0135 GMT on 12 Jan. I entered the website's chat and did not receive a response after approximately 25 minutes. I left a message in the chat stating that the seller could email me or PM me on Sythe to arrange delivery or refund the order. I also sent the seller two messages via Sythe PM at 0146 and 1119 GMT asking for an update. The seller has been online bumping his threads (possible auto bumper?). I've also returned to the website several times to make contact via the live chat with no response.

I understand that things happen in life that may prevent timely responses. However, the website advertises 24/7 support, delivery in minutes, and still currently states that they are "online". I'm hopeful that the seller will make right of this by delivering the gold or refunding the order. I'm submitting the report on the advice of a Mod and it's unfortunate that I have to do this to get your attention.

This is extremely poor trading practice and it appears this has happened previously. In my opinion, the seller should receive a DNT until this is resolved and a TWC until he can improve his trading practices.

@TySimpson - I dont think you know what sort of site I use - I use Virdock which is basically a site that rents websites and processes payments for me - It's a website renting based company - This order was flagged for fraud and was automatically put under "Review" I and my workers have no control over this fact - It's controlled by our payment processor when an order is deemed to risky and set to manual review - This order has nothing related to any problems with me. This user made one missed chat and then sent me some Sythe PM's that I dont use. I was not waiting or trying to delay this user or his money - It's that I physically have no control over when Virdock decides to manually review the payment - Which is why delivery was delayed here - I had 0 control over the fact it was flagged by fraud review by my parent payment processing company I use. I apologize to the customer for the inconvience but I had 0 say in this, had to wait for the review to pass however I've just requested a refund for the customer instead of waiting any longer.

He has now been refunded - again I do apologize but again I have no control over this matter.
