Scam question

So I MMed for 2 guys, an account for 80M 07. And of course 1-2 days later the account gets recovered. (Yes, he is banned from sythe now) As I have done a few trades with the person that sold the account and scammed the other user before, he might come back to me if he needs anything. So I'm just wondering if I would be allowed to scam him of whatever he trusted me with and refund the scam victim whatever I could get? Or would that be against the rules?

 

It is allowed to attempt to recover the 80M. Make sure to collect enough evidence to proof that the account was indeed recovered.

 

What kind of proof would he need to show?

 

It's almost impossible to proof an account recovery but you should just show the conversation with the seller and add some screenies of not being able to login with provided login details.

If the seller would be legit then he would help the buyer regain access to his account. If he doesn't then yeah he's a scammer.

 

moes is right, just dont counter-scam more than 80m, and try to ask a mod's permission first.
