I've refunded

"Scammed $80 paypal - http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1702391-scammed-ack-ack-sg.html"

My internet browser was just reloading the same cache every time I never received the second payment. I checked this morning to notice it and then refunded both of them. Please unban

PM'd the user who was scammed to ask for confirmation

[Dave]

Hey, can you confirm that you got the refunds that this guy is claiming?

Was not refunded.

Apparently not, got any proof?

I'm gonna send him another PM.

[Dave]

He seemed to have ignored my PM, if he ignores it for another day I'm gonna unban you (with a TWC) for poor market behavior and this still being a sketchy situation and give him a TWC for lying.

unbanned + TWc.
