@Pendulum told me to make this report.

Back in report on WalsuGold June 16th wantacookie made a report on Walsu saying his account got banned, i recently saw Wantacookie selling an account which had a ban on the exact same day his report did so i did some digging:

Wantacookie posted here the ban with the username showing:

He now has this account up for sale:

Now the username in the "banned" picture is "HIDDEN" if you put this into highscores it comes up with the same account:

Which means Wantacookie lied about the account being perm banned, he recieved a full refund for his service and compensation for an account that wasn't even banned.

This report does not relate to you, so please kindly remove yourself as you are breaking sythe rules by posting here, the report is basically proving that wantacookie lied about an account being banned and claimed compensation on an account had "lost" which is reality the account was not lost as the ban was sqaushed, this also does not prove walsu botted it proves it was a mistake by Jagex.


It is shady behaviour, too not inform the Admins that the ban was squashed, as he got a service + compensation for an account he didn't even loose.

No matter what you say this is shady and could lead to more scams he needs to be warned.

Yes the ban got Quashed but you failed to mention this to sythe admin, therefore @WalsuGold recieved a TWC for a month and had to pay 50M out of his own money to compensate you on an account you "lost" and a service refund, but in reality the service was completed and you lost no account; it's been stated the ban reduces the accounts value now but still you are selling for absurd prices so this is not the case.

If someone crash's your car and does $500 damage but you tell the insurance company it was a write off and recieve full compensation for the car this is fraud, in affect you have done the same thing, and lied about the accounts actual status.

Deceitful, not to mention you harassed Walsu for months after the case was closed causing him alot of unwarranted issued.

 

@WalsuGold got a TWC for lying about his t.o.s, which had nothing to do with the account status lol...smh

Havent talked or dealt with him since the report with the exception of ANOTHER botting report on his worker AC that came after. Please prove your claims that i harassed him for months. Actually @WalsuGold can you please tell me how I have harassed you for months? I would love to know.

Ive recived twc for failing a trade practice i did not fill proper pm template at the time, but that about it. I think what @SamjoseosrsGP Means by harrasing is exactly what u told happen there was another scam report on me wich ended to be false, but you Commented that scam report accusing me to be botter even you account was not banned for botting, You basicly name shamed me publicly and wasted Our global moderator time with your accusations wich was not even true.

The compensation provided was a full service refund + a negotiated account value which resulted in 50.8m, the service was 1M and fully completed before the ban.

After being discussed, the compensation for the account will need to be returned as this was based on it being permanently banned. Since the macroing offence has been quashed, the damage is relatively low, the 11M for the service will be kept to compensate for this mark.

The 39.8M will be held by a staff member until @SamjoseosrsGP's pardon has been processed

*This has been adjusted to 35M to include the bond and service fee being 12m instead of 11m.

 

Could you please use this to refund @D U K E S e s so 39.8M will be paid to dukes, 25M for what i owe him for an order i didn't finish., and the extra as an appology payment

 

I have collected the GP and this has been resolved.
