Says I have already registered from this IP?

I just tried to create an account to sell my Xbox 360 Gamertag and after I registered it said I already had an account... so I tried to log into it and it told me the password was over 6 months old but it is not connected to either of my email accounts and I only have 2.

The user on this IP isn't banned. Feel free to create the account on a proxy, and then you can resume posting from the normal one. However please be safe, as if that member gets banned, you will too as it will be considered ban evasion. Best to not have the accounts interact either.
