Says I am registered?

Hello.

This is my first time trying to register on this site, when I try to it says some other accounts have already registered from my ip? I am trying to register using my phone as my computer is broken right now.

I have never had account here on my ip but it says I have ? Can someone please check that out for me.

 

Please try to do it on PC. If you're using mobile network it may say there are users registered as alot of devices use same IP address set by operator.
