    I've stuck around this section for a while now and today it's ending. I was recently hacked today by a RAT (remote admin trojan). It's basically the same thing as a keylogger but can control my computer. He used Cerberus, a RAT tool.

    After the hacker restarted my computer, he talked to me on something called "Ghost CHAT". Here's a convo. I didn't believe him.

    Anyways after he DID successfully hack me, he dropped over 600m on multiple accounts of mine. This was after my AV found the Trojan.

    So goodbye to you all, I may move back to WoW depending how I feel about it.

    Facts:

    -I CANNOT successfully recover my accounts. I planned on selling two of my 3 accounts so they had no recoveries or emails set. Now the hacker DID set them. It's impossible for me to get them back since I'm not first owner.

    -I gave the last account I have to Tofurocks, my pure. He helped me out during the attack.

    -I have 1 last account I may recover. It's very old and even if I DO get it back it only has about 1.2M on it. So there's no point to be honest.

    With the current Sythe market, roughly 1500$ I would say.

    It's sad to see this happened... be careful with your WoW accounts, as there are more hackers in that scene than Runescape.

    Always stay safe, and I can't even begin to imagine how you got fooled into downloading a RAT from someone on here.

    Example what kids do these days for just Pixels.

    But yeah , usually if this happens , the first thing i would do is take off my internet cable , Run scan my whole PC with everything i got , then once its fixed go to a friends / family members PC and change all my passwords there , once that is done then go online on my own PC.
