Savage Wallpaper

Based on the famous Vietnam photograph by Eddie Adams
CnC? Opinions?

 

I must say VERY nice. If I were you id shrink it down slightly, its annoying having to scroll to the right to see all the picture, is this one of your hand drawn then scanned in? Or has it been made completly using ICT?

 

I like the idea, but I got the feeling that you aren't that skilled in photoshop.
What I would suggest:
-Keep the photo and the butterflies
-Fix the background up...

Try looking at a tutorial, or ask some help from SMI

Just wanted to mess around with some idea's.

 

This is actually one of my favorite photographs, i got a big book of Eddie Adams pictures. This one was a really deep picture, also kind of scary

I like it, where do you get your brushes?

 

the first thing I noticed, was that the entry and exit points for the gunshot are not aligned with the gun properly >_<

i'd also say you should clean up your pen tooled people ;p there are jageddy sticky-outty bits and the face of the gun-holstering guy needs some definition, he looks like an alien.

it's a good idea though, but what's with the name? the wallpaper reminds me of a wallpaper Shinoda has.

 

8/10 just maybe get the cuts of the people a little closer to reality. apart from that i like the concept good work.
