Explanation of the trade:
There was an order of 51-55 runecrafting and slayer 64-70 on our Discord which i asked Sara to complete. She completed the ticket and posted all the RuneLite screenshots in there. When the customer logged in all the items were missing and the bank was cleaned. Sara was the only one with access to the username + password + bankpin and the scam happend within 24 hours after the service was completed.

I have refunded the customer in full. Sara first said she would pay the 160M, but when she found out that i wasn't going to let her work in our Discord she wanted the 200m full deposit back which makes sense. I am kind of puzzled what to do in this situation and would appreciate a Moderator to look into this and see what they think.

There is no evidence of any theft, I honestly think it is a scam just to keep my deposit like it has done with other workers, he did not even do any investigation, he just threatened me saying he was going to fire me unless I said I had stolen the money . in this way he would take advantage of my status as a worker.

 

Has he had problems with all his workers, for doing things right? I do not believe it.

 

The customer changed his password on 3/11/2021, and did not log in on the 4th and 5th. On the 6/11/2021 he logged in and found his items missing.The customer is working full time and does not have time to play during the weeks.

Yes we have certain instructions (ToS) that we expect our workers to follow. We monitor workers who are just starting in our Discord closely to see if they follow all the rules. Sara was a long term worker and wasn't monitored that closely anymore. We do a check if all the rules are obliged too before paying out a worker. She did complete the job and provided all screenshots, thus according to Sythe rules was eligible for payment. Hence i gave my manager the okay to send the payment through. About the deposit and the stolen items that is a hard one for me, and i cannot hold a deposit longer then a week until there is a verdict on the report. It is always a hard one to determine who stole the items, i don't think it is the customer as he has ordered a lot on our Discord without problems. Not sure if it's Sara either, as she was a long term worker without problems.
I just opened this scam report to get some assistance on the matter, whatever the outcome of the report is is fine with me. I find it just hard to decide what to do in this matter, there have been multiple reports with different ruling on them.

I asked her what other tickets she was working on, ofcourse i could have searched it in the Discord as well which i did later on top of asking.

 

He was a client who was in a hurry to use his account, I don't think he waited long to log in, besides confirming that the job was finishing and without problems.

 

He logged in on 2/11/2021 to play for a little, changed password 3/11 and then logged back in 6/11/2021.

 

and how do you know it's true? do you play with him? you have no proof of that

 

And who assures me that he did not take his things himself? a service you wanted me to do and you threatened me saying that if he didn't say he had stolen from you you were going to fire me. You said it was 160 m and now says it's 144 m

 

First you say there is no proof, then it was the customer himself who stole the items and then if that doesn't make sense it was me making up a customer account ordering 1.5b at my own Discord to then rob a long term worker of 160m. You are really good at accusing people.
