Explanation of the trade: I reached out to this guy yesterday to make a decent order for services on my account (skilling) as I never touch skilling myself and hate grinding it. I have gained like 1 or 2 levels in the last 2 weeks on my account from Tears of Guthix (on rc) and farming runs. After reaching out to this guy and agreeing on a service deal (find below in screenshots), we agreed he would start with one skill at a time since he was pretty new to the community and did not have many vouches to his name to give him all the money one shot. We decided to proceed with the hunter order which was 70-80 hunter (which was 44.3m) and agreed I will pay him 50% in advance (until level 75) and then the other 50% to finish until 80, before starting with the other skills requested.
He started with the order and I strictly requested screenshots on runelite, with the side xp bar showing, for every single screenshot he sends, and he agreed and said everything requested will be met and that everything is HAND MADE.
He then logged in and confirmed my 48.3m bank value sent me a screenshot. Then after a while I asked another screenshot of him training and he sent me one of him at black chins in the wild. Approximately 20 minutes later he told me 'he's going to the supermarket and his sister will play and do red chins until level 73 then he will return to black chins' and I said i don't mind as long as you send constant screenshots on runelite with the side xp bar. He said he will send screenshots of 50% on the way to each level so 2 screenshots per level and I agreed.
At 23:53 my time he sends a screenshot of the side xp bar only with 21.6k xp gained (hunter). I went to sleep 15 miuntes later and told him send a FULL SCREENSHOT each time please. He responded to me 4 hours later saying he got kicked off the account and that he is getting this weird message for the first time 'your account has been disabled'..... I am highly suspecting he botted my account within those 3-4 hours and red chins have extremely high bannable rates.
I went on runescape website and it appears it is a 2 day bot busting moderate (ban) which is unappealable.
How they scammed: Got my 1900 total level account banned.
