I think its 10 posts in certain section per week for minirank. If you post 9 times in last 9 days it automaticly dissapears.

Yeah... never been a fan of this because I want to hide my miniranks but they always pop back up because I keep regaining them from the activity

I can second this statement, the same rule applies to the SF participant also.
