Sanctum - FPS Tower Defence!

I'm not sure how many of you will have heard of this game, but it's due to be released on the 15th April 2011. If you pre-order it, you get access to the beta for free.

It is currently only £8.99 (GBP) if you buy it in beta, or £9.99 if you buy it after it is released. I have bought it already, and I have to say it is a truly awesome experience. The idea is amazing, why it has not been done yet is beyond me. It is as you'd expect, a tower defence game, whereby you also have guns. The aim is to hold off creeps for 25 levels, and with 3 different maps and 4 difficulty levels, there is plenty of variation.

I highly recommend it. If anyone plans to buy it or has already bought it, please let me know so we can play multiplayer (that's right, there's multiplayer too ).

 

What is it ON, I.e Xbox, pc.

The graphics are alright. Nothing special, but that isn't what the game is all about. The game is about making a revolution in FPS gaming, crossing two seemingly opposite genres and combining them to make one damn awesome game. Admittedly, it does get a bit boring after a while, but so does every other game. It's definitely worth paying £9.99 for the enjoyment I have gotten so far.

 

it looks like half life old versions The idea is not bad tbh.

 

Haha, ive only played like bloons on pc , this looks something that could be fun
