    Is this allowed?
    I'm looking to rent some blank accounts with members to bot as essence runners for my runecrafting bot. Is there any rules against this, and do people typically rent accounts like this?

    Is this allowed?
    There are not rules against it but these services typically don't exist due to almost 0 demand.
