I found suspicious that he put up 1B sale offer, yet in the last 24 hours tried to buy gold on at least 4 seperate threads and locations:

So I went ahead and contacted him on his thread, and PM'd him my skype and he responded to my PM right away, but has never added me since then; This could be linked to the proof of him being an imposter and not wanting to try to pull a scam on me, as he knows I would find it out within a matter of seconds.

If nonetheless, making 4 buy offers than a 1B sale offer all the sudden, without ever having traded (as the upper 5 quotes are his last posts), I think is enough for a further investigation and a possible TwC rank.

 

Nothing comes up when I search the IP of the Skype. If it comes back to being used I'll check it out again, however with the proof above we can't be certain.
