How they scammed: host, Seiryu#3461 (169489939929628673) pms and say they can cash out and transfer wallet to them. Then they blocked me.

This is something you'll have to settle out with the Elite Ranks server owners. We do not have ownership of their Discord server and besides, you've posted from a proxy to ensure your identity remains unknown; so if we were to have him refund you - how would we know who he has to refund?
